Parent volunteers are ever-present at CFES, dedicating their time and efforts to make sure our students' learning environment is one where they are able to thrive. You make our school amazing, and we are so thankful for you!

To volunteer at CFES, complete an online volunteer form with TISD. A new form must be completed annually. Access the form here:  Volunteer Form

Please note: completing the forms above does not commit you to any volunteer opportunity. It simply allows you to remain informed when opportunities arise and prepare you to act on those opportunities as you so desire. Furthermore, while you do not have to be a PTO member to volunteer, signups and notifications are managed through our online system, so volunteer participation requires you to set up an online account (there is no cost associated with setting up a volunteer account).

If you have any questions about volunteer opportunities, contact president@cfespto.org.

Watch D.O.G.S.

WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. There are two primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program:

1. To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.

2. To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

Remember to apply every year to volunteer for Watch D.O.G.S. on this link. You will receive your schedule upon arrival! We ask that dads sign up for one spot per year so all families have the opportunity to participate. Thank you for volunteering!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WATCH D.O.G.S. UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN CLEARED AFTER FILLING OUT THE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION.

Teacher Support

Teacher support occurs every Friday. Simply stop by the activity room at school (no signup needed) and give our teachers a hand with one of the many projects they need to complete for our kids. Tasks are often very simple but time-consuming for one teacher, such as cutting or assembling packets. We welcome any time you have to give - even twenty minutes on your way home from errands helps!
