Save the Date for CREEKFEST!

We are celebrating Creekside Forest Elementary School's 10th year of excellence, so it is especially exciting to plan for our most fun annual event: Creekfest!  There is something fun for everyone at Creekfest...an auction, raffle, fun run and a festival. Creekfest is the biggest and final fundraiser of the year for CFES! In addition to supplemental student resources, some of the money raised will be earmarked for the replacement of aged student technology, a 3D printer, along with many other learning resources.   

Here is a timeline to help plan for all the fun and excitement!

• Collection of items for Grade Level Baskets. Thank you to everyone who sent in donations for grade level auction baskets!  Our collection has ended, but if you still have items to turn in, please do so ASAP. Click here see the signups. 
  
  
• January 22– 31: Order a t-shirt for your student to wear during the Fun Run AND on Field Day (later in the year). You do not want to miss the deadline, as these special shirts are only sold during Creekfest! 
  

• February 7- 14: Raffle & Wristband Pre-Sale. Raffle items will be on display in the cafeteria beginning February 18th, and students can participate all week during lunch. Raffle tickets will be sold at the festival, as well. Wristbands are required for school-age students to participate in entertainment, such as bungees, climbing wall & more. Adults and children under 5 do not need wristbands. Wristbands can be purchased for a discounted price of $10 until February 14th.  Wristbands will be sold at the festival for $15.
  
  
• February 10 â€“ 19: Fun Run Donations. Students raise money for CFES by collecting donations for their commitment to complete an Obstacle Fun Run.
  
  
• February 15 â€“ 20: Online Auction! This year, our ever-popular silent auction is going to be held online, allowing more people to participate! The auction preview will open February 15th, bidding begins February 16th at 8pm, and the auction closes at 8 pm on Thursday, February 20th. Winners pick up their items on Friday, February 21st (during the day or at the festival).
  
  
• February 21: Obstacle Fun Run from 9 am – 12 pm at Rob Fleming Park. Parents are welcome to come cheer on their kids!
  
  
• February 21: Creekfest Festival will be at CFES from 5 – 8 pm. Come enjoy a fun evening with your children, filled with loads of entertainment, dinner, sweet treats and an amazing raffle!
